Position:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement visual strategies that align with the company’s needs and improve product presentation.
  • Design and install visual displays, window displays, and display ads to attract customers and sell products.
  • Analyze product trends and customer preferences to improve product placement and assortment, ensuring visibility and profitability.
  • Manage inventory and work closely with the inventory management team to ensure inventory is organized and displayed properly.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance in various locations and provide guidance to store staff to maintain visibility.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate strategic product placement and marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate marketing efforts with marketing campaigns and seasonal marketing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new marketing strategies to improve product visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales operations, and consumer behavior.
  • A natural talent with a creative eye and the ability to create beautiful visuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret sales data and trends to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with commercial software or tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field (preferred).
