Position:
- Greet patients, visitors, and medical professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the doctor’s calendar, ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring that medical information is accurate and confidential.
- Assist in managing billing, filing, and documentation related to insurance, including claims.
- Answer phones, answer questions, and address patient concerns or refer as needed.
- Prepare referrals to specialists and prepare necessary documentation for patient consultations.
- Monitor office supplies and supplies, ensuring stock is sufficient for office needs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (X years) as a Clinical Administrative Assistant or similar role in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and medical billing software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health compliance and patient privacy laws (HIPAA).
