Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment and guide them through.
- Scan and order items for purchase, ensuring the correct prices and discounts are applied.
- Pay with a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit cards, mobile payments, and checks.
- Calculate and provide accurate changes to customers and issue purchase receipts.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and store policies in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Returns and exchanges are appropriate, following company guidelines.
