Position:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and vision, and ensure they are creative and memorable.
  • Develop a comprehensive event plan, including budget, timing, layout, and performance.
  • Find and negotiate with vendors, including caterers, venues, decorators, and entertainment providers.
  • Creating event themes, decorations, and ideas that fit the client’s preferences and goals.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the event, from set-up and registration to audiovisual requirements and tear-down.
  • Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs, ensuring accurate attendance.
  • Monitor site activity, ensure it runs smoothly, and manage any final changes.

Qualifications:
