Position:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Organize and coordinate supervisors’ schedules, appointments, and travel.
- Work with incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including equipment maintenance and repair.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining well organized systems.
- Manage office supplies, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Greet visitors, customers, and guests, ensuring you are efficient and professional.
- Collaborate with your peers to support a variety of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Qualified certification or associate’s degree in office management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
